Zinc phosphate (ZP-EF series) is environmentally friendly type non-toxic, rust proof and anti-corrosion pigment, which is made of national standard raw materials through hydrothermal reaction and surface treatment. The product has a whiteness of more than 95 and a purity of 99%. It can be used as anti-corrosion pigment in any paint, coating, rubber and plastic, paper making, electronics, steel and other industries.

Application

Zinc phosphate (ZP-EF series) is mainly used as non-toxic anti rust and anti-corrosion pigment in the paint and coating industry. Its biggest feature is that it has both the anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties of zinc phosphate and the high hiding power and coloring power of titanium dioxide. It can be used with any pigment to enhance the original function.

It is the best choice for water-based paint and water-based solvent. It can replace white pigments such as zinc phosphate, ferrophosphorus powder and ferrotitanium powder, and reduce the cost of paint making. It can also be used as white pigment in rubber, plastics, paper making, electronics and other fields.
